Vivien Lebecq is an international chef with a career as rich as it is cosmopolitan. At just 16, he began in a Michelin-starred restaurant, trained in the demanding culinary tradition of southwest France.

His journey has taken him across France, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, South America, Asia, and the Mediterranean, shaping a culinary culture of remarkable diversity.

With over 30 years of experience, he has led kitchen brigades, created innovative menus, trained future chefs, and hosted a YouTube channel dedicated to sharing knowledge.

Multilingual (French, English, Spanish, Russian, Catalan), he connects with an international audience with elegance and simplicity.

Now based in Barcelona, he offers his services around three pillars: Private Chef, Masterclasses, and his signature dessert, the custom Pavlova.
