Privacy Policy

We collect the necessary information to handle your Pavlova order or booking: name, surname, email, phone, desired day, duration (half or entire day), requested time, purpose of the request and message. For Pavlova orders: name, email, phone, quantity, flavor and special request.

This data is used only to manage your reservation or order and to contact you if needed.

Your data is kept only until the service is performed, then deleted.

Only Chef Vivien and his team have access. Data is stored in a secure database on Railway (EU West).

Payments are processed via Stripe (based in the USA). No banking data is stored on this site.

This site currently does not use cookies or third-party trackers.

You can request access or deletion of your data by contacting chefvivien.es@gmail.com. We will process your request within 15 days.
